We’re Stu and Liz Wann

A husband and wife team who’ve built our careers around helping people create homes that truly support the lives they want to live.

Stu got his start in real estate back in 2016. In the beginning, Liz worked alongside him as part of The Wann Group, but it wasn’t long before her love for organizing led her in a new direction. She launched Coastal Organizing Company in 2018, and it’s grown into one of the most trusted names in home organizing across Orange County.

Our work is deeply connected to our own journey toward a simpler, more intentional life. We spent years grinding, hustling, and chasing more, only to realize that real success comes from being present, not constantly pushing for what’s next. So we combined our strengths to help others move with less stress, less clutter, and more peace.

Outside of work, our life revolves around family, nature, and meaningful routines. We call San Clemente home because we love the laid-back vibe, the family-centered nature of the place, and let’s be honest, the weather can't be beat. We love beach days with the kids, exploring new remote camping locations, and slowing down long enough to enjoy the little things. Stu’s passion for golf led him to start the San Clemente Golf League, and Liz can often be found out on a trail run or planning our next adventure.
